Included as part of your fee, and standard to our search process, The 2HC Group has chosen validated experts to conduct management assessments of top candidates identified during your particular search assignment. We offer a wide range of assessments which can be tailored to your needs.
Our health care practice conducts assessments through an exclusive partnership with WorkDay, Inc. (specialists in management assessment for hospitals and health care systems). Workday's management assessment methodology includes both skills assessment and organizational fit. Assessments target dimensions critical to management success, such as problem solving, planning and organizing, supervisory skills, administrative skills, and business control.
Our higher education practice conducts assessments through an exclusive partnership with The Academy for Academic Leadership, using the Academic Leadership Competency Inventory (ALCI). The ALCI includes eleven competency domains from the global areas of academic management, and professional and personal leadership.
Assessments can be web-based or conducted onsite, and feedback of the results are given in a detailed bound report by one of our consultants as part of the search process.
